About

As a nonfiction visual storyteller my work focuses on preserving cultural heritage, spreading ideas, and honoring the untold story.

I attended Carleton University and Algonquin College, receiving a Bachelor's degree in History, and a Graduate diploma in Documentary Film Production. I also hold an AMI Montessori diploma from Montessori Northwest, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Hartford, and a certificate in Information and Library Services from the University of Maine. I currently work as the Mukurtu Hub Manager at the University of Oregon Libraries. Previously, I worked as a Digital Media Specialist at the Deschutes Historical Museum, and was the brains behind See Inside Bend. On my days off, I partner with local nonprofits and craft education videos, like this one, and historical documentary shorts, like this one.

I have worked on projects in the US, Canada, Europe, and South Korea. I am currently dwelling in the idyllic Willamette Valley in Eugene, Oregon with my beloved kinfolk. For more information on my work, or to just say hello, feel free to get in touch.
